Usually you have to pay capital, seat lease and catering costs.

My dad has two seats there. He joined about 7 years ago. Had to make 25,000 donation, could break it up over several years. Each seat is then about 2000 a year.
But then about 2 years ago IPTAY came back for another capital contribution. This time 15,000. 5000 over 3 years.
I told my dad he crazy but he is 82 and said he going to enjoy his last years of Clemson football in comfort. He has been IPTAY member for 58 years

I personally think the payoff is the nicer seats, nicer restrooms, better concessions, etc.

The sight lines are a lot worse in my opinion, but I don’t like end zone seats. They are great when the action is right in front of you, but pretty poor when the action is at the far end of the field.

I wish Clemson would have put the club level somewhere between the 40s on one side, but I realize they felt they had to do something to make the new WEZ more appealing in order to pay for the new construction.
