As much maligned as our boys have been @ times this season, hopefully our bats will stay hot tomorrow against the Hurricanes. Miami, as I said the other day, Miami desperately needs to win the ACC tournament if they want to return to the NCAA tournament & try to extend their HOF coach's career by a few more games. The fact that they claimed the series win @ DKS earlier this season leads me to believe that the Canes are going to pull out all stops to try & get a win. Our boys need to play a clean game fielding wise (which appeared to be a struggle early on today), get solid efforts from our pitchers, & be disciplined at the plate.

Per David Hood, Crawford will get the start. It will be interesting to see what happens there. Miami got to him in the 4th inning earlier this year while their pitcher Mckendry threw a complete game and gave up 1 run, 6 hits, 5 k's, 2 walks if i'm not mistaken.
I don't know if it will be much of a factor though. I think we will bomb him and Crawford will go 6+
