We keep talking about the excuses made for the SEC

But, my EYES tell me LSU was finished in the 4th qtr.

Offense was shut down.

Defense was praying for the game to end.

Call Clemson lucky if you wish. Say LSU was not interested. Whatever.

But anyone who SAW that game, SAW LSU totally manhandled in the 4th quarter (and for the first and second too!). They won the 3rd qtr. Anyone saying anything different is simply lieing to himself, and KNOWS he/she is lieing. Just because you say it 100 times, does not mean it is true.

We dominated everywhere but the scoreboard. If not for the two fumbles, that game had the potential to be a blow out. Our lead would have grown and grown. So, the "it took 100 plays to beat LSU" does not hold. It took the extra plays to overcome our own mistakes - which if accomplished by an SEC team would have been hailed as "greatness to overcome the turnovers and still win".

watch their pregame warm-up! They were fired up and pretty intense. My guess is that after they started getting their arses whipped that they got disinterested!

I just know that LSU only had 11 (Eleven) yards of total offense in the 4th quarter. That's right 11 yards and that includes the 8 on their final drive. If that's not total domination then we need to look at back at history and maybe we didn't win WWI or WWII. Especially after the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor.
