in the game against the coots, and we still talk and post about it.
I'm guessing in 16 years we'll still have posts about Cade being held on the sideline this year.
Pull out the win, which could have happened in either game, and it wouldn't matter.
But it does matter. Losing to the coots is the worst. Especially when we should have won.

We felt like we got outworked. So our big thing is never again we will be outworked. Never again will be out-competed on a game like that. It all stems from that game. Because at the end of the game, everyone knew that they weren’t that much better than us or better than us at all. It really just lit a fire in everybody. Since that week, everyone has worked harder and wanted it more.

Other than nor firing Rob Spence, pulling Reggie was the biggest mistake Tommy ever made. That's when I was done with Bowden also.

Apples and Oranges because there is no way even guess at the unknown. One thing is tried and true, if the defense can't stop plays, keep running them and another is we 11-2 and in the Orange Bowl.

DJ performed very poorly. But you can't blame him for not benching himself. The coaches are the adults in this situation. Player is not performing well and there's a viable back up? Sit said player for a while. Maybe you don't do that with Deshaun his 2nd and 3rd year or Trevor his 2nd and 3rd year, but anyone else you don't let them continue to be the obstacle to your success. That game is 100% on the coaches and if Dabo is honest with himself he knows he messed up.

This is a funny post for me because the past few weeks I've told friends I'm struggling with the same level of bitterness towards coaching - meaning I feel as bitter about Cade not playin against SC as I do about Merriweather getting pulled. Those 2 things are the only coaching decisions I can't make peace with when it comes to Clemson football.
