The Supreme Court disagrees. However, I don’t care if the west coast is disarmed...they seem pretty looney out there.

I have personal experience with the 9th Circuit. Nothing is safe when it's involved. That court is a real threat to this country. Sorry to get what might be construed as political.

They don’t call it the 9th Circus for nothing. No other court is overruled by the scotus as often. Not even close.

There is a very good reason why opposing sides in cases with a very liberal agenda always run to the 9th Circuit and almost always win before being reversed by higher courts.
