Nope. First wife has well healed relatives in Marin county who can take the hit, but even they are considering moving despite loving most things liberal. There comes a point that most people just on principle say enough is enough.

Recently ran into a couple from Orange county at Swamp Rabbit Cafe strongly considering moving to the Greenville area. They are tired of swimming against the ever increasing liberal tide. That couple is conservative from what was a previously strong conservative area. The husband worked in the UC system and said he basically has to keep his opinions to himself.

The place will soon be home to the very wealthy and the poor.

I recently talked to a realtor in Tennessee who said she is selling property to tons of out of state folks. I asked where they are coming from? She said “mostly California believe it or not”. I said “oh I believe”.

An extra $12,000 in taxes for free health care is not a bad deal. My insurance premiums alone last year were $8,000. So really that would only be $4000 more.

plus it would take the burden off

Of business and put it back on the people where it belongs
