we have a coaching problem

with the talent we have we should not have regressed this much with et and trevor leaving..keep in mind dj went 29/44 439 and 2 tds last year against nd he has the ability we have seen it..but a full spring and fall with the coaches has changed something in him...time to look really really hard at cutting streeter loose

Streeter is brilliant and great coach. Tony Elliot is great OC. Our issues run to “want to” and getting best players on field.

Not sure I concur 100% Shirley? I have questioned TE's decisions for 2yrs now and unfortunately that coincides with Jeff Scott leaving. While I love TE, great person, good person to have as a coach, great recruiter, but not a great OC. He is too conservative on playcalling, won't whip up something from what he see's and plays about 4 pages out of a 3" playbook.
