Little Saint Nick must be filling those stockings with some special reindeer antler spray.

Saban runs pretty tight shop -- I would not expect his players to test positive any more than our players. You test positive, you don't play. Saban has no use for players who don't play.

Bama just runs appeals until the NCG is over.

Alabama players test positive all the time.

In 2011/2012, 20+ Alabama players tested positive for IGF-1, and the dealer who gave them the illegal substance admitted to watching them ingest it, and provided further evidence. He gave it to the Bama players at an apartment in Tuscaloosa 10 days before the National Championship game against LSU, and again 3 days before the game at a hotel.
20+ Alabama players, including their ejtire starting defense, all failed their NCAA drug tests, but the NCAA did NOTHING.

Hopefully someone from CUs legal team is discussing this past event concerning Bama with the NCAA.

The year that Deon Cain failed a drug test his freshmen year was the same year Mike Williams had gotten injured in the first game of the season. Obviously Cain and another player (pretty sure Lakip) did not play in the playoffs and Cain would have been valuable with Williams being out. Seems like Alabama had some fail a drug test as well. However, they were not announced until in between the semifinal and the NCG. They appealed and the players played. Am I mistaken or am I correct?

3 Bama players, including 1 starter, are suspended for the orange bowl.
