I never recalled him breaking massive gains like Etienne......but I do miss his violent running style. It seemed got 4-15 yards everytime he carried the ball.

I kind of like this Shipley kid! He might end up being better than EtN and gallman.

Shipley and Pace look like a great 1 2. Shipley definitely has great acceleration, quick feet/hips, good.hands, doesnt run away from contact. I like all of our running backs right now. I dont get on the "better than x former player" because they were all very different. Gallman as a bruising workhorse, Etienne for great combo of strength and explosive speed, Reggie Meriweather as an absolute hammer of a back.

Shipley has a lot to live up to if he's going to be better than the 2-time ACC Player of the Year.
