All those plays were working too if case you forgot. We haven't done squat the last 5 weeks....we bring DW in and those read options were working. Do you want to put flags on him?

even on plays that were supposed to go elsewhere. Nothing wrong with that - we've seen young qb's do that before. Had he played more he would have gotten his field vision back and made use of his weapons. When he got injured, nobody even touched him. What is distressing is Cole being in the system this long and he still doesn't have the field vision to make use of his weapons, and when he does see them, the throws are not where they should be. He certainly has the heart, and I honor his work and sacrifice, but we cannot be throwing pick-6's and win the game. Time for the offensive coaching staff to earn those salaries.

Defending it. A Clemson QB takes just as much risk in the "pocket" behind our Oline as he does running the read option. Am I talking over your head?
