Does anyone think that Dabo has addressed that statement with this young man. I mean there will be other great HS QB's before Watson gets (if he does) to Clemson. All In means 100% to me. I'm sure Dabo was and still is All In when he tells Watson that there won't be any other QB's coming in with Watson....

That 85% is due to uncertainty of Morris still being here when he graduates. I can understand that.

If Morris is still around, he will be a Tiger.

Pete's sake there was an article recently about some 14-year-old committing to a west coast school, and I thought it was either a joke or patently ridiculous, if true. Recruiting IMO ought to be limited to HS juniors, and if at the end of their junior year, they are ready to commit, then the NCAA should permit written contracts. Once signed, other schools should have to take a hands-off policy. I'm afraid the competition among the media is driving the process to lower depths with the schools following suit. Thus, this will only get worse until the NCAA finally gets off its behind and establishes firm control.

Agreed and the NCAA should do something to stop it

Not much schools can do right now b/c if school A decides to not recruit younger athletes, schools B, C, and D are still going to do it and it might cost school A with a big time recruit down the road. There are some kids out there that think a lot about the team that is first to recruit them. The NCAA should take it out of the schools hands.
