Comparing their offense to us they have the following that we need to be elite : Very Mobil QB that gets ball out quick , excellent slot receivers with great speed (think Waddle last few years and Devonte Smith) Big Elite O Lineman, they have become a passing offense , I feel our RBs and Wide Outs compare at this time ( How did we miss on the Mobil quick decision making QB , O Lineman , and no slot guys which is crucial

We recruited well, nobody planned to be less skilled on offense this season. It’s just been a challenging season, even in our three National championship games against Alabama most would have looked at both teams before the games & said their OL was better etc. It really comes down to how you play once you get to a certain talent level.

The reason we won 2 of the games was our QB & elite defense!

Maybe you ought to watch the best team this year in all of college football; The Georgia Bulldogs. Top to bottom, on both sides of the ball they clearly are the best team.
In fact I don't want to jinx them by saying they will go undefeated and win the National Championship ,but then at least we can say our defense held the #1 team in the country to just 3 points.

Clemson did not start playing Football in 2021 . Clemson has been, is and will be an Elite Program!

And how long is your definition of elite? If memory serves me, before Dabo Georgia had the same number of National Championships as Clemson.
