And the receiver straightened his arms, always called, except there!

pushed in the back. Great technique and one of the most athletic plays I have ever seen in my 50 years.

The defensive play of the game was actually two plays back to back: Miami with ball 3rd and six. Clemson 28-10 lead. Skalski tackles the tight end short of the first down. Now 4th and one. Miami goes for it. Skalski tackles the RB for a loss. Clemson ball. Miami's momentum now totally killed off.

If the level of defensive play we witnessed on Saturday is a sign of things to come later in the season, I'm going to really enjoy watching our defense.

That was the signs that you're seeing, and to think that our D hasn't been up to full strength yet this season!!!

Never even paused for the “handoff”. I did think about the sign stealing comments a few times during the game though lol. CBV definitely had them ready and in the right places all game.

When some coaches know that there is nothing they can do to beat you, it's easier for them to accuse you of cheating, than it is to admit they're not doing a good job, and blaming their inability on someone else, it probably helps them to keep their job a little longer!!!

He was able to tip it away from the receiver, not just tip it. Many times you see a player tip the ball to the receiver.

For a second I thought he was going to repeat the pick against Virginia. Dude played great technique all game forcing receivers to alter routes because he was always looking back for the ball.

Yep, the Ref had to have seen that push off, but no offensive PI call is pathetic. Sometimes I think that bc we have won so much, and with all the talent that we have, Refs just don't feel that it's necessary to throw flags when penalties are committed against our players, bc it do seem they miss a lot of penalties committed against our players that they do call against us for other teams!!!

Yes that was some serious athletic ability involved in that recovery. If he doesn't get pushed he picks that one off too.

beautiful, athletic moves I have ever witnessed. Football is full of displays of power and gritty determination and I love it, but this play... I think if you asked the question, “what would you want in an ideal corner back, you could show that clip to answer completely.
