Was watching CBS Sports Inside College Football show

the other night and they had 4 analysts on there who made their "Way too Early" CFP picks. 2 of the 4 had both OSU and Mich in the final... how? One of those will be beaten at the end and will not have a conference championship. Big 10 now has the notoriety of the SEC? I don't' think it does but how could you have two from the SEC and two from the Big 10 in that CFP? 2 of the 4 hosts thought this. This wasn't the top 4 teams it was their predictions for the CFP. One guy had Clemson in over Michigan.

So if Clemson had 1 loss and an ACC Champ you're telling me that half of the voters would be thinkin that a OSU or Michigan one loss team with no conference championship would get it. I sure hope not.

better than an undefeated ACC Champion. Total joke from these clowns. Clemson has beaten two top fifteen teams in the past two weeks but cannot get a jump to top four. Michigan must be playing powerhouses every week to hold on to that spot.

Your first mistake was watching the show. The second mistake was thinking they actually believe what they say. Imagine the ratings if every analyst picked Bama, Clemson, Ohio and UGA (all odds on favorites for the CFP) so they are instructed to be provocative. They have to make picks which will get attention. Has nothing to do with who will actually make the playoffs

And I guarantee you, Syracuse will come into DV ranked. No way Meeechigan should be ranked above Clemson.

Clemson will jump Michigan after this weekend. Michigan will be pushed to the end, if not beaten outright by Indiana. My crystal ball prediction.

today..we would likely be ranked 2 or 3 pissing off a good portion of teh pundits..due to our resume because wake and nc state would be ranked inside the top 20..we would have the best resume out of mich and uga for sure

programs are scripted. I think that these programs are outlined and structured to please as many of the people as possible by flattering them with positive talk about their favorite teams.

That is why we watch and see outrageous predictions of some teams doing what most believe is not possible. With the networks which broadcast games the hype is intended to build interest in teams of the conference(s) which they have contracts.

That's the main reason I show no interest in talk shows because they all have an agenda based on economic models which produce revenue for their businesses. I give ESPiN as, a model of, and reference for my reasoning.
