Well, I guess he will be headed to an SEC team now, or FSU!!! But I wonder who's name that the gun was in bc, don't you have to be 21 to buy a handgun?

According to the report it was in the open sitting in his lap. Not concealed but he’s also under 21. I think law is 21 and up for handguns. Sad he couldn’t mature enough to make better decisions in life. He was a year away from multimillion dollars. Shame.

Gov. Mark Sanford signed a bill earlier today that lowers the minimum age to own a handgun from 21 to 18-years-old. South Carolina is one of 18 states and the only one in the south that had set 21 as the age for handgun ownership.Jul 3, 2020

For the record, the gun was a Glock 9mm. The pot was Mexican dirt weed.

good on DK and the officers with him being asleep when they found him and him having a weapon on his lap.. this could of gone a LOT worse.
