No one did. But if things don’t change , that second number will grow. There’s no sense of urgency. Players or coaches on offense. Just mailing the season in.

In his defense, there hasn’t appeared to be any urgency after 5 games.

The season is almost halfway over and our offense is averaging 12.5 points per game in regulation against FBS teams, yet our coaches are telling us that we don’t stink and that we are improving so much.

Someone made a great point on ESPN U radio about teams like Wake being undefeated. They said wake has a ton of 5-6 year guys who are making one last run. Those guys are often more valuable than 5 star freshmen. It’s just that kind of odd year due to covid. Meanwhile we have a ton of new starters on O. Man it would be sweet to hand them that first L!

Fortunately we play the Deacons in Death Valley and like the BC game, the loyal fans will play a big part in the outcome of this game. I hope that is an afternoon game.

Syracuse? Now that’s another matter and I don’t even want to think about road games at Pittsburg and Louisville.

The Tigers team I’ve watched thus far will not have a cake walk in Columbia. A lot can, and likely will happen before that game.

Go Tigers. Get better

If we had Wakes schedule we'd be 6-0 also. Lots of football to be played but they haven't played anyone....
