Both ETN & Lawrence said something to the ref about that. He clearly lowers his helmet KNOWING & SEEING ETN already low to the ground. We got whipped so I don’t blame the officiating but they overall just seemed disinterested in calling penalties on either side.

I would imagine if Fields hadn’t been hurt from the Skalski hit, he would’ve remained in the game.

Saw that last night too… If they can't be consistent (at least somewhat) with the application of the rule, then why do we have it. That was egregious. And btw, by rule Skalski led with the crown putting himself at risk of catastrophic injury, but he should never be ejected for that… NEVER

He broke the targeting rule, the punishment is ejection.
