Not always but you cannot deny that was Vics defense. The DB lined up 5 yards off in those situations.

You might be right.

Had me curious so I looked up where old Vic is. From Wikipedia:

" ... Current defensive coordinator at Louisiana–Monroe. He was the interim head coach at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 2011 and was the head football coach at the University of Wyoming from 2000 to 2002, where he compiled a record of 5–29."

I wonder what ole Vic thinks of Dabo now? I bet that crow he eats is quite bitter as the WR coach is even way way way better as a head coach.
