The email voucher was sent out to a very broad population of people associated with the school not all of whom would have such an identification card.

They don't plan to "monitor and confirm this." They're giving tickets away and they're sending things like this to people who are likely to be in the local area and who might have an interest in going to the game. They're giving tickets away. They don't care who takes them. They just don't want people reselling them.

If you're going to be in the area, and just want to get into the game, I would use this. If you're not interested, don't use it. It's real simple. They're GIVING TICKETS AWAY. That's all this is. Thomas Jefferson university doesn't care about football. It should not be a surprise that they're GIVING TICKETS AWAY.

Cool. But i was just asking because I had one of two these when the game was only Orlando, but the person who posted it said they were limited and that she only had two left. So I wasn't really sure. I just want to make sure everything is clear before driving to the game. Thats all man. Thanks for the post
