Dear FOXCarolina (WHNS-Greenville)

Oct 26, 2020, 6:51 AM

Please do not let your anchors report football scores. Your anchor stated, and I quote, “Clemson trailed most of the game before taking the lead to beat Syracuse.”

Either your anchor is clueless or your writers are coots!

"When I was young, I was sure of many things; now there are only two things of which I am sure: one is, that I am a miserable sinner; and the other, that Christ is an all-sufficient Saviour. He is well-taught who learns these two lessons." -John Newton

segment to glean some context. Had you read half of the comments/posts during the middle half of the game you would probably have assumed Clemson was losing. Our fans are becoming negative know-it-alls.

Using a baseball analogy...

FoxCarolina News is the equivalent Class A short season or Rookie Ball.

They are the lowest level of local broadcast news. The few good reporters they do have generally leave for bigger and better opportunities (i.e., Alex Wilson who now works at The Weather Channel).

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
