Well he certainly knows how BV thinks so he will and all of our weaknesses so he will be huge asset for them. Guess we'd better mix it up over the summer!

I’m all for second chances when it comes to a player who might have issues with grades, fellow students, or feels like they don’t fit. But!, when the player has behavior issues (on and of the field), turns around gets arrested and charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and Illegal weed, is allowed to transfer and play football for another school, come on! What message are we sending here, seriously! This guy is a risk, he’s a high risk of possibly getting into deeper trouble, an this is his reward. Let him continue to play ball, transfer, and basically sweep all this red flagging issues under the rug. No, I’m sorry but that is where I draw the line in the dirt. Like I said grades, personal issues, yes transfer and get a fresh start, but felony charges such as this, and we reward behavior like this with a transfer and opportunity to play ball. Society has its priorities backwards for real. While I don't condone his actions at all, neither charge is a felony. Both are misdemeanors. And the reality is that the large majority of first time offenders with the same charges would get a similar pre-trial process, weather they were athletes or not.

Kendrick has made some mistakes, but is throwing him away the right thing to do here? He could have easily declared for the draft last year, but he chose to come back with the stated goal of earning a degree for his family.
Does this sound like a guy unworthy of a second-chance?:
“The reason I came back to school was to finish, graduate, get my degree and then do whatever I wanted to do after that. It wasn’t really like, ‘Oh, go get the money right now.’ … It’s not just about football,” Kendrick said. “I’ve got a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, so that’s what I’m really doing this for. And I’ve got a family that’s behind me 100 percent.”
