we flirted with him but didn't offer until the summer when it was apparent that Thompson wasn't coming to Clemson.
Kids these days want to feel loved/wanted. UNC made him feel that way more and longer than Clemson did.

Too late now for AW, should have been on him months ago w/ an offer. If anyone believes we're really that short on available ships, did we really need another TE, (1 we reached for)? How many TE are on the roster? 10, 11 on scholarship? BTW, you incorrectly spelled Greene's last name; you prolly put the final nail in the coffin, with your error.

They straight plummeted to one of the top 5 worse offenses in the nation (out of 130 D1 teams)
This is a coaching issue. If our players are failing at basic fundamentals, maybe UNC is looking more attractive.

What are you taking about? UNC is one of the best offensive teams in the country. They're top 25 or top 10 in almost every offensive category.
