I'll help you both out. BTW, I don't think presidents have much to do with stock markets. But for the sake of accuracy...

The DJIA hit a market low of 6,443.27 on March 6, 2009, having lost over 54% of its value since the October 9, 2007 high."
Obama was inaugurated Jan 20th 2009 toward the end of the market collapse in the Great Recession. I know Trumpers and Obama haters will find some way to blame Obama for that low point, but seriously now. Is there any economic policy he could implement in 6 weeks that could have prevented the low point?
As I said, I don't think presidents have much control over markets, despite all the credit and blame we give them.
Perhaps the only thing a government could do to affect markets would be to be grossly incompetent or make bad decisions that screw things up several years down the road. Republicans and Democrats alike in the 90s passed the banking deregulations that sparked the housing bubble and contributed to the Great Recession.

Oh, I'm not a Trumper nor am i an Obama hater.
But, i will speak facts no matter which one those facts are "attacking."
Fact is Memphis said it dropped below 7,000 in 2008/2009. And the above poster said "i remember that, W was president."
I know Bush haters/Obama lovers want to skip over certain facts, but come on.
I don't recall saying it was Obama's fault, just pointed out that no, w wasn't President at the time.
