Carolina Sooner Fan… Come in Peace

Not coming for anything non positive as a gamecock and sooner can I respect the crap out of Clemson for all they’ve been able to accomplish in a short time. You will no doubt keep a great and unique program going…
That said I come to ask about Andrew Makuba. No I do not Think nor expect you guys to have a lot of roster turnover due to Brents exit (Hes not that kind of guy to poach) but I do think Andrew Could be the one exception, due to his openness for being a lifelong Sooner fan and his best friend Latrell McCutchin being a DB for the Sooners. During the recruiting process OUs last regime didn’t prioritize him even though they did offer both, but thought his size wasn’t a true fit for there dying need to get bigger at saftey.

Anyway Just seeing that he was ACC Freshman of the year. Haven’t thought about or heard of him since the last recruiting cycle but We Are losing Both Starting Safety’s this year

Don’t see that happening, at all. Maybe if the lid wasn’t playing, but he was ACC defensive rookie of the year. Plus, he’s got a better shot at playing in the pros as a DB from Clemson than OU right now.

I have not thought about it, but you make good points. He seems to really like Clemson, so I obviously hope he stays.

Knew the Makuba thing was likely from his comments about OU before this hire.. Kid absolutely dreamed of being a Sooner. The Kanack kid is another is expect could defect as his region is typically owned by OU. The Simpson thing is very much news

As an Oklahoma Clemson grad, if you were actually a Sooner fan you wouldn't be worrying about trying harm Clemson, but would be focused on the future. There are tons of great players out there I'm sure BV will go get them.
