Yeah. I’m sure Georgia fans are just clutching their pearls at the prospect of playing Tennessee again. The Dawgs played Tennessee like a cat plays with a mouse. They could’ve killed them quickly but just seemed to play with them. The outcome was never in doubt.

I just think rematches can be tricky. Clemson played much better against ND the second time around in the ACC Championship after losing to them at South Bend a couple of years ago. Granted, we didn't have TL the first time but DJ played pretty well in his place. GA played ALA much better the 2nd time around when they won a NC.

I meant no disrespect, just saying teams who lose the first one generally play better in rematches simply because they can better prepare and adjust based on mistakes made in the first game. GA may still own them but I think TN can be dangerous compared to some of the other matchups that could take place.

The difference between UGA-Bama last year and UGA-Tennessee this year is, at least in my view, the Dawgs and Tide were pretty much even last year. I think Georgia is considerably more talented than Tennessee, at just about every position group. The Vols have the better QB but where else? Maybe at WR but it's hard to know how much of the Vol receiver numbers are talent vs scheme. I think a lot of receivers in that system would have big numbers. There's no place on the defensive side I'd give the advantage to Tennessee.

Anything can happen in a rematch. But I like the Dawgs' chances of pressuring Hooker and keeping those receivers from big plays. Just like game 1.
