republicans really showed us. The general election will not result in President Trump. My fear was Clinton having to go against Rubio, Kasich, or Bush, particularly Rubio or Kasich. And I here your frustration at not being able to get through to your republican brethren. I have watched election results time after time in this primary season thinking this is too good to be true and no way it can go all the way to the nomination. But it is pretty much done now.

excited about voting for her in the general election. I would have been the type of person to vote republican. I am fiscally responsible, tired of people who aren't, Christian, don't like big government, etc. But I have a lot of friends that are immigrants and they just get trashed by republicans and it got worse with everyone loving Trump's policy. I find the republican social policy to be unacceptable.
I really wanted Biden to run and I would have voted for him over Hilary, but he just couldn't do it after losing his son.

I'm not a republican - I just understand his game. He's been on stern enough. I find it laughable how they are so anti-Hillary and THEY are the ones that are going to put her in office. Do you just not keep up with current events? The woman is about to be under federal investigation for using a private email server to send government-sensitive information while also being accused of deleting over 32,000 emails. The democratic party bet the house on Hillary. It isn't looking good.
As more of a "liberal", take it from me. No Democratic candidate currently stands any chance against Trump, Rubio, or Cruz. Whoever wins the republican nomination will assume office.

So maybe it's you that ought to keep up with current events. Only Rubio and Kasich consistently poll better than Hillary right now. Trump polls the worst of all.
Also, the Obama DOJ will never indict Hillary. And Trump will probably have the take the stand in a fraud trial during the middle of the general election campaign.

I usually put a lot of stock in polls but I think I'm throwing it all out.
Just a few months ago those polls also claimed Trump didn't have much of a chance to win the R nomination. They have been wrong, very wrong so far.
