..they averaged the 2.2 ranked class in the past 5 years......
recruiting does matter....... I do NOT think Kirby is on the same level as Dabo and Saban but the players elevate him.... I hope they lose every game next year..

Texas A&M is recruiting like crazy also

As is Ohio State and the recruiting at Oklahoma is about to get better now that BV is there. We lost three of our best defensive commits for 2022 and a top recruit for 2021 within days of him leaving Clemson.

The bigger issue is Georgia and Alabama are also using the portal very effectively! So is Ohio state and Oklahoma.

OSU averaged a 6.4 class over 5 years...not nearly as good

They are recruit us every year and they have been crushing it the last few years. And they are using the portal extremely effectively.

I could be the head coach at UGA and have a top 10 recruiting class. The state of Georgia produces football players and UGA will always get their fair share of instate talent. Mark Richt did less with more for years. Kirby finally got lucky. The Dawgs have never lacked talent.
