Until Watson is back playing again, Cole Stoudt

is my quarterback and I support him 100%.
Don't like some of his decisions? Fine. Don't like some of the play calling? Fine. Don't like that he's not as athletic as Watson? Fine.
But you have to be some real low down scum to bash an injured player doing his best out there on the gridiron for OUR university. I pity you people that do this and call yourselves fans.
I'm looking at you, bmoorewiz

in 3 and 1 in redzone. Cole has proven several times that he can stretch out from the qb sneak for 1 or 2 yds easily. Come on Chad, quit being so stubborn. It has not worked once that I can remember with Cole in there!

I agree with your positive statements about Cole. He is to be admired for his toughness, courage and the fact that we did win those games. Having said that it is only fair and reasonable to point out a couple of facts: he really is not that good of a passer which is a major concern. Throwing the ball too high, into multiple coverage, etc. I do think that even with that major weakness we owe him a debt of gratitude for a job well done in a tough situation. As for the play calling, I remain doubtful that we can go to the top with Chad Morris. Sure he puts a nice offense with plenty of sizzler but I truly believe he misses game situations that are obvious as the nose on his face. It's a tight game, we're having trouble making short yardage third downs, Gallman gets 9 on first down inside their 20 yard line. It's second and one so instead of running to get the darn first down, Morris passes incomplete and then we get stopped on 3rd and fourth down. Failure on his part to "read the game situation" as it was. Same thing last year against the coots. Mid to late 3rd quarter and we're running it down their throats. So he goes to pass it 5 out of 6 times in the next 2 series. Game lover as all were incomplete. If the run is working stay with it until they make us change. These may seem like small points but they are huge in that they seem to show that Chad does what he wants to do versus doing what the defense is set up to give him.

reasonable concerns and not personal bashing.
Although "thinking out loud" I wonder how often some throws/decisions are affected by the fact of a linebacker being in his face a lot?

crap at times, but since he took over for the injured DW, he has not lost a game. It's not pretty by a long shot, but a W is a W is a W!!!
I will not bash Cole Stoudt, I will cheer him and the rest of our beloved Tigers to victory.
That's just my $0.02.

youre acting like we beat tough teams. We scored 14 against UofL on defense and special teams. We beat teams we should of been double digit favorites against.
