10. They are both universities.
9. They are both near an ocean.
8. The best parts of Columbia are very similar to the worst parts of Oakland.
7. Both have a reputation for rampant, uncontrolled drug use and raucous behavior
6. One is known for the “Summer of Love”, the other is known for love behind trash dumpsters and in parking lots.
5. One has red-woods, the other has red-necks
4. One is known for the “Golden-Gate”, the other for “Hotel-Gate” and “Steroid-Gate”
3. Both are near an intimidating region known as Death Valley
2. Both are the virtually forgotten football program in their state
1. Anything can be confusing if you are drunk.
