I don’t understand how, in tournament play, you burn 3 of your best pitchers but then leave a freshman with a 7+ ERA in a high leverage spot.

everyone knew pitching was going to be a glaring weakness this season but that problem is exacerbated by some of ML's questionable coaching decisions.
It is further exacerbated by incredibly inconsistent hitting.

Well when players have significant regressions because of a lack of development (e.g., Sharpe) that’s what you get.
Regardless, you don’t get to argue that the coach doesn’t have the players 6 years in.

I do care about how embarrassing this baseball team is to our athletics department and baseball program. Nobody will want to come here, we will become a Boston College type of program.

This is a serious question. Will Lee lose several of the more promising players to the transfer portal? The culture of the program has got to be suffering.

I was just hoping and trying to have a little bit of faith that they would come back today and therefore give themselves a chance to win 3 more game to keep the streak alive but I should have known better based on the way this season has gone for the most part
