This will drive these ladies to get better quickly & improve their game. We know they are resilient. Tough competition will make them ready for the ACC. The program has only just begun, these ladies are amazing!

Whatta Win that would be tomorrow morning if the Tigers can beat #5 Washington,hope our young ladies have enough left in the tank to beat a really good Huskies team that is 9-0 overall currently,4-0 in the St. Pete Clearwater Elite Invitational and have outscored their opponents this weekend so far 28-10 with 2 shutouts

This loss is on pitman. Millie was doing good. Top of 7th up by one he pulled her for Cagle. Cagle struggled badey and gave up one run to tie the game. Somerhing has happened to Cagle confidence with her pitching.

Not confidence issue. The young lady threw almost 150 pitches last night. It's a fatigue thing. Bringing her today was a risk. Rittman would probably te you that looking back he shouldn't have gone to her. But this team is good and can win the ACC again.

There was no need to bring her in at that point. It was bottom 3 batters in the lineup. If Mille struggles then bring in Cagle but she was pitching a shutout. At some point he has to start trusting the other pitchers. We can't go far in post season with only one pitcher

Probably said more than I should in the heat of the battle but as soon as I saw her come out in the 7th, I'm like wth.. As posted she's already chunked 150+ less than 24 hours earlier in an emotional game.

Don't think it's confindence issue at all. She's a perfectionist. Self taught herself to be as good as she is. Going up against Bama last year and studying the other great pitchers, she's worked all off season to learn more about spinning the ball, learning more pitches than just high heat. Like baseball, only takes you so far.

The girl we faced against NW, she's got multiple pitches and throws different angles and rhythms so studying film on her is not going to help much. Imho, Cagle is at that point now and it'll take live action to perfect it. That's what made me so mad about Rittman's decision. For a veteran coach, rookie mistake.
