I will say that Dabo has been lucky to have had good coaches and kept them for a long time, and a lot of good HCs haven't been that lucky, and they have had to go out find other really good coaches to come in to replace a good coach that left. IMO, Dabo didn't go out and find good coaches that was comparable to the coaches that moved on, and it had dreadfully shown that he has failed in replacing BV with a coach that can come anywhere close to being the DC that BV was, and basically the same amount of talent 2 and 3 deep, our defense isn't no where close to what it was last season, and it bc Wes Goodwin doesn't have a shred of on the field coaching experience at the college level where your talent will leave every year with new talent coming in, and IMO Wes should have went to a much smaller school to gain DC experience before he ever stepped on a field at the level of a Clemson his first time out. Our recruiting will start to suffer as soon as the talent we're use to having sees that Wes Goodwin isn't a good D1 power 5 school DC!!!!!
Yes I was all for Goodwin when Dabo brought him out of an office, and put him on the field as our DC up until I saw how bad our Defense actually was under Wes Goodwin, and they are bad, they are so bad, that I would rather have Kevin Steele back over Wes starting tomorrow!!!

but....That last gold line stand was what gave us...

chance to see how well BV did at home against
an UNRANKED team. They Lost! Your analysis
is very confusing.

Its probably the 447 yards we gave up, the 6 td's, on ints, 120 penalty yards, weak pressure on the QB, subpar schemes, and only 1 combined sack, that doesn't make him confident about the D under Wes, coupled with some worries from the other games we have played.

Certainly the view of someone who doesn’t know a thing about football. We were extremely inexperienced at CB last night…period. If Jones is in instead of 2 true freshmen, maybe half of those PI calls aren’t made…and it is a much more comfortable game.
Just the 2 cents from a former tiger CB. May not be worth much to you though.

Clemson (Dabo) has only lost 7 out of the last 33 games under
6 points. The culture...Not 1 game ...is what has makes Clemson elite.
Dabo will pick his own mistakes out and work on them
Just wondering...you played CB ..but that really isn’t telling
much about yourself.
