Why would he want to take a pay cut? Much harder to win in the NFL, ask Spurrier he knows first hand. Not all peaches and cream. Stay put CDS.

I mean how many millions can he spend? One thing Dabo is not is stupid. Why in god's name would he leave one of the premier college coaching jobs in the country for the quicksand of the NFL?? That road is strewn with the bones of coaches who tried it. Just like Venables isn't going anywhere. He's also rich. Anyone read about his most recent contract? Clemson takes care of its' coaches, at least the good ones.

Dabo is also probably too much of a churchgoer to ever coach in the NFL. That can be up to 20 sundays during preseason,regular season, playoffs. Not even including practice when a lot of teams are expected to practice sunday morning.
