Not today's world but I'm betting Donnell Woolford 5' 9" could play today. I wouldn't rule out DB, but I'm guessing he will need some time to develop.

Don’t be worried about the number of stars he has.

He gets an extra star or two for being a Daniel player.

Maybe he can play point guard too.

Maybe he can contribute to our basketball program as much as Nuk did.***

In my opinion, he looks like the "needs to redshirt" version of Ray Ray Mccloud.

Not very tall, slender build, not going to break tackles, will occasionally make guys miss, good speed but not a burner.

He will probably wind up as a slot WR.

He could probably play CB if the team needs him to and if he adds strength.

He could probably excel in a punt return or kick return role.

Clemson probably hopes he will be a career backup unless he has some outrageous development. He has been told he will have a shot on both sides of the ball, which to me means the coaches aren't in a rush to have him ready to play on either side. They want to see how his development goes and where his skills translate at Clemson's level.

It's never a bad thing for your reserve players to have multiple skills and this may be why Clemson moved on him.
