Just the fact that

His name is being mentioned in the same sentence with Heisman after 6 games is amazing. DJ has played like a Champ this season and I love it. His performance has made it even more clear that Dabo knows what he's doing. He has proven time and again that he can see greatness when everyone doubts it and sometimes when the person themselves doubts it. Every recruit that we've taken that left some scratching their heads, he has said (insert name) is a baller he's going to surprise a lot of people has proven him right. Hunter, skalski, turner, both spector boys, both Venables boys, his own boys, Adam Humpries and I know there are more.

Yep. Tremendous improvement by DJ and the entire offense. The coaches deserve credit also for working with him and seeing to it that his confidence would stay high. Much better Oline too. Having the same Oline guys in every game certainly helps, especially after last year's mess. Drops are still a concern.

I've seen very impressive improvement in DJ year over year. I hope, for his sake and ours, he continues to improve, and he is recognized as elite in the eyes of pro scouts.

There isn't a correlation with DJ`s resurgence and Tony elliott leaving the program to destroy....I mean coach uva. I mean Brennan Armstrong only passed for only 4400 plus yards last year...I'm sure the coaching he is getting this year is really helping out... ? ?

Stop it, just stop it…..he’s playing better, but get outta here with Heisman talk. I wish people would just shut up with any Heisman talk until about game 10.

Agree. Rat Poison. DJ has improved compared to where he was a year ago. Still has a ways to go to be considered pro material. His reads are too slow and he still has problems with his release. The only top defense he's faced in 2 years is UGA. Be happy that he's a good serviceable QB for us now and until we reach the playoffs, that's probably all we need with our defense starting to play lights out.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s improved a ton over last season and even since the beginning of this season, but he’s no Heisman contender

Those that suggest the idea that DJ is Heisman material are delussional.

The news came fro Fox Sports. I’ll admit I don’t pay any attention to talking heads, but in this case I’ll take it over your silly opinion. Clearly he’s not winning the #### Hypesman, but he’s better than coots like you give him credit for.

Agreed. As long as Stroud and Hooker continue their stellar play, the Heisman will probably come down to them.
A lot of that will depend on how Stroud does against OSU and Michigan, and how Hooker does against Bama and Georgia.

The haters are still gonna hate, what kind of jerk off fan hates his own QB? DJ’s biggest problem other he’s a drop back passer playing in the wrong offense,is that there’s no Tee Higgins out there. Every game he’s throwing some great, on-target passes and some still can’t get over whatever beef they have with the guy. I love the info on this site, but I need to avoid the comment section and stay away from idiotic posts.

Is that how you mispelled "sober analysis"?
Stroud (OSU) and Hooker (Tennessee) are far ahead of DJU for Heisman at this point in the season.
That's nothing against DJU, but it's a reality check.
If DJU continues to play well and Stroud and Hooker stumble, he's got a shot.

Agree with the statement about not having the Higgins, Renfrow, Williams, Rogers WRs to help his stats. If our WRs were as solid as the Tigers of Clemson lore, he’d be a top 5 Heisman candidate this year.
Last year he still wouldn’t have been because his playing was too erratic. You know where he hits the receivers in the hands/chest with one pass and torpedos one 10 yards short or sails one 10 yards passed on the next couple of throws.
I’m def not dogging him, I’m glad he’s playing better!! I’d rather win with him playing like he is this year than wonder what he’s gonna do with the next pass like we all did last year.
I’m 100% glad he’s got his confidence and hopefully we’ll be able to have 100% confidence in him soon..
