Clemson fell from No. 3 to No. 6 to drop out of the Associated Press Top-5 for the first time in 58 polls -- snapping a nation-leading streak after Saturday's 10-3 loss to previous-No. 5 Georgia. Sadly that's true. Going to need a lot of help. If Cincy beats the doomers then they're in... Even though they don't deserve it. Their schedule weaker than ours by a mile.
Would like to see an 8 team playoff, drop uconns and just play 11 regular season games.

Every single time we lose a regular season game all we hear is how there is no way we get into the playoffs. Every single time we have made it. If Clemson does their part there is a 90%+ chance they make the playoffs. If not, the world hasn’t ended. Win the ACC. Win a great bowl game and move on with a great season. We are so spoiled and entitled that we can’t seem to remember that making the Playoffs is an extraordinary season.
Remember when an ACC championship was just a pipe dream? I do. Enjoy every moment. This is a golden era of Clemson football and it will eventually come to an end. Hopefully it will be no time soon.

So Clemson wins out and wins ACC champ game they don’t get in? A one loss ACC champ gets in. Georgia will probably lose a head scratcher. I just don’t see how a one loss ACC champ doesn’t get in.

The committee knows we lost that game on one bad mistake. I’d be shocked if we won out and missed the playoffs.

Agree. Just win out. OU loses to Texas. A&M is well A&M. Bama, UGA, OSU, and Clemson will be the 4. We could be in trouble 8f Cincinnati goes undefeated with a win over Notre Dame. I'd honestly love to see Georgia/Cincy again.

I think they did this just to stop our consecutive weeks in the top 5. They didn’t want us to break there precious Bama record for consecutive weeks in the top 5. Granted our offense was anemic but don’t defenses win championships?

#6 isn't shameful, but according to their poll, we held the #2 team in the country to 3 offensive points. Yet we drop 3 spots? I know we had to drop, just seems weird. AP is meaningless anyway.
