After watching some of the workouts he was posting, it looked like he was being more aggressive than he should have been coming right off the foot surgery. Injuries can produce new injuries if you aren't careful coming back. Not sure if this was a factor but he was looking a little off or clumsy in what I saw. This seems to be a pretty serious knee injury as far as recovery time goes. Get well soon big fella!! Go Tigers!!!

If this were the NBA we could look at the silver lining that ok, Middlebrooks and others get valuable playing time, and PJ will come back, well-rested and rehabbed, just in time for the stretch run. All we would have to do is finish in the top 66% of teams to get a shot at the postseason.
Alas, this is the NCAA. Our non-con schedule results will ummmm, probably not impress anyone. We are going to need to win over 50% of our ACC games to have any shot at postseason. I hope PJ doesn't feel pressure but rehabs thoroughly. Don't push it, young man; the world will wait for you.
In the meantime, I hope Middlebrooks has been bulking up a little.
