She's certainly done a heck of a job coming in here and getting the absolute best effort out of a bunch of ladies she had no relationship with prior to her hire last year .
She's a great coach and I hope she wins it . Has any other semi finalist done the equivalent ? Hard to get a team to win that hadn't been doing it with an established coaching staff when you're the new girl .
