Should be a very easy decision for him. Clemson is a transfer destination he will be proud he made, but the other "opportunity", not so much.

He wasn’t at the top of our list but we could do a lot worse.

He’s a very streaky shooter but can get hot and change a game (as he did against us last year).
He is a different player from Dexter Dennis.

If he plays every game in Littlejohn like he did the last one I’d love to have him.

program to find where they truly want to be and how it affects their game. I think about how crucial Manek was to UNC last season. I don’t know what his stats looked like prior to UNC. Just thoughts.

Coach and style of play is critical.

Whether it’s baseball, basketball, football, any type of team sport you may grow up loving a particular school, but if there are particular style of play or the office they run, etc. doesn’t fit with your game that’s a tough decision. Because you grow up really loving that school and wanting to play there, but if you’re good enough to play in college you might develop enough to play professionally. But that will never happen if their style of play and coaching doesn’t work for your game. For example, a kid could grow up loving Clemson football, but if he plays for a high school that runs the triple option he’s not going to fit our offense. Unless he’s willing to change positions that’s not a good fit for Clemson or the kid. But it’s hard to give up on that dream if you’ve had it since you were a kid and wanted to run down that hill.

Manek was a solid player at Oklahoma. Averaged around 13 ppg and 5.5 rpg. Basically the same numbers at UNC (15/6).

The way he lit up Littlejohn this past season you'd think he'd want to try and tap back into that mojo here.
Go Tigers!

I don’t think we would necessarily be using him as a starter.

He seems more like a sixth man to bring off the bench for a scoring punch.

I'd rather have the Elon Transfer...

Need a quality guy to run the PG. Galloway is more of a shooting guard and way to off as a,streaky guy. Also need a a big wing like Collins.

Doesn't mean that he's off the table. There were multiple scholarships to fill.

they are down to the two spots with the HS Combo guard signing. The ideal two were JL and Dexter Dennis. This would be a far cry from getting those two. Most of the portal rankings I see don't have Galloway in the top 75 transfers listed.
