TL should do a lecture at OSU on character....

And absorbing a lost properly. Dobbins, and Day- besides our team being superior to you on the field- we are helping to build men in ways most teams have yet to know. Yes.... most teams like OSU, need to figure out how to win against us..... but it’s also time to learn how to lose to us......lol!!!!! Proud to be a Tiger.

"Clemson has been historically better than Carolina. That's pretty obvious." - Classof09

"No one knew we were overhyped until the season started." - Classof09

That is a powerful statement!

Sounds like Clemson will be one tough team to beat and teams playing the Tigers in 2020 are gonna really feel their wrath!

For a lot of reasons it's just hard to win back to back. I can almost guarantee a Clemson national title this next season and it all starts in the off season. This team has it's mind right.

It all started when those guys started getting back to getting stronger and watching film of what they were doing in games last season, and that helps to improve that person going into the upcoming season. It's like how you approach and jump onto the continuous moving Carousel of what college FB truly is.

The one thing that I haven't personally heard mention, but I'm betting that it does, and that is guys from both sides of the ball getting together and talking about what they believed went wrong in the Natty game, and the mistakes they believe they made that help to contribute to the loss with a conversation of what they could have done better to have had a different outcome. Dabo only allows top character guys to come into his FB program, and I believe that is what allows guys to accept constructive criticism and using it to learn from without it causing friction within the group. I know for a fact that over my life time, constructive criticism helped me to grow into the type of man that I am today, and at 67, I'm still learning and growing, and I still welcome constructive criticism so I can continue to grow until I'm no longer with the living.

Constructive Criticism equals teaching, and it's one of the best teaching tool of the world when a person can humble themselves and accept it for what it is, it is fertilizer for our minds that helps to make us better when we're learning from our mistakes when to much isn't applied all at once, bc to much at once becomes negative criticism....

I'd say you nailed it AO. He alluded to the fact of doing what you laid out. Saying they did some things defensively but that guys knew what they did wrong in our offense.

Who knows, maybe some missed assignments, wrong routes etc. You would only know if you were them. That's fantastic because you can't teach the character our team has... You just live it!!!!

One thing I can definitely get used to, the guys feeling like the season was a loss cause we didn't win a natty. Love it!

Sounds like Trevor....

......has learned what some folks never do. Take the "less than positive" experiences, put them in your back pocket as a gentle reminder, and make the future as bright as can be. Any team he faces next year best be very wary - he's a man on a mission.

Go TIGERS!!!! ON TO MIAMI!!!!

He’s taking the right approach. Attitude and attention to detail separate the good players from the great ones.

Absolutely no doubt about it, some of the very best lessons in life come from failure. Not to say TL is a failure at all, but the experience of that loss on that stage has given him a new perspective. He is driven now more than before to succeed in all of our team goals. Win the last one! Humble young man, and a great Tiger quarterback! Go Tigers!!!
