Oh, he knows, he stood on the side lines and screamed at everybody but the guy standing behind center and doing nothing that resembled a guy doing his best to win the game against our most hated rivals. The 2nd half we punted 5 time, and DJ threw a INT. And we punted a total of 9 times during the game, and he never once told Cade to warm up, and the very next game Cade is the starter, and DJ is looking for a place to play. Oh yeah, he blew it, and he knows he blew it really bad!!!

Or maybe people get tired of seeing Dabo running his mouth and making him and Clemson look stupid?
Believe it or not a lot of Clemson fans and alumni not on this forum have been tired of a lot of Dabo’s crap for quite a while.
Nobody wants to fire him nobody is saying that, but he does say a lot of stupid ####, and it creates problems for him and the program not to mention him putting us at a disadvantage the way he manages the roster, and doesn’t use the portal etc. etc. etc.
The man makes himself an easy target!
Then whines and cries about it when people criticize him. Which, of course, makes people attack him and question him, and call him out even more! It’s not very smart! And it makes Clemson look bad!

how Cade and the offense perform and how far off we actually are from being a playoff team next year.
Hoping to see us make the low percentage deep ball a higher percentage successful part of our offense and see how that and the overall passing game success opens up our offense.

If he had never made the playoffs, this would be embarrassing. But seeing as he’s been in the real CFP 6 times with success, he’s allowed to use a bit of hyperbole.
Reminds me of his quote about OU after we beat them 40-6 in the 2014 Russell Athletic bowl - something about that OU team being a national championship caliber team. That wasn’t quite true either, but his belief paid dividends the very next year.

Sorry Dabo, but the realistic side of me says it's the Orange Bowl, a reward for a good season but the end of the season for both teams.
We may have lost the chance at the CFP's with a dismal showing against Notre Dame, but the loss to South Carolina should not have happened if you had not been so adamant in your decision to stick with your "guy".
