For me I see that Dabo and his staff of coaches instill all the right ingredients for turning their young kids into mature young men that do things the right way on the journey of becoming good solid FB players. I think that is what Gruden is after by bringing Clemson players into his locker room, the right way to mature as professional FB players while caring about the others on their team... Most coaches are seeing that Dabo has the right formula for building a successful FB program from the ground up, and they are starting to take notice of that bc he has taken a small FB school at Clemson that most thought would never be more than a competitor bc of Clemson size, with an alumni base not big enough to raise the kind of money that it takes to build and keep a championship FB program. Dabo found a formula that replaces big money, and that was getting his players to buy into actually caring about each other, and the top recruits that has come for a visit and saw and felt the family that Clemson really was among the players on the inside, and those top recruits want to be a part of that kind of a team. And if anybody else has a better explanation of how Dabo has done what he has done with a small FB school as Clemson, I'm ready to hear it bc, I believe that it is all bc of the heart and soul of the man leading the way bc, Clemson isn't a big rich school with the money that the bigger schools has that's always led the way in college FB....
