Nation's top tight end recaps "awesome" Clemson visit

Elite TE's with great hands is a position on the field that I believe is a must have for an offense to keep a defense on their toes bc usually, most TE's are only in the game to block for QB's and RB's.

But when a team has a TE that is a serious threat down field, or across the middle, a defense better dedicate a corner, safety, or a LB to your TE threat, or they will get burnt the way we have several times by a receiving TE, and Bama was one of those teams that has used their TE for chunk yards, especially against our Tigers in our first two NC games against Bama.

One thing is for sure, if a defense isn't getting pressure on the QB, a good receiving TE can open up a lot of possibilities for the QB to dump the ball off to the RB, or receivers bc, an Elite TE will most of the time cause a S, LB, or corner commit to the TE, or risk getting burnt for chunk yards or a TD!!!

IMO, a team that don't have an Elite receiving TE, it's like a virgin guy carrying a condom in his wallet, but he don't date!!!!
