High expectations for the Tigers will be met. I predict an improved team with great success.

Agree. Not sure who's starting the crocodile tears, but if it's Monte, well, I'll leave it at that. The only ones that hurt is askew and teo. Will should be able to step in and fill teo's shoes. May not make as many plays, but his bat will more than make up the loss.

Everyone forgets that Gallo started in the infield and should be a stud. No one here on tnet would ever answer if he got hurt or Monte pulled him... So what's the story.

Also, you have Alex Urban who absolutely needs to be in the lineup.

PJ Labriola should be a good pitcher for us this year. He's in Florida with the minor leagues working this summer and doing good. Dylan can play center as well. We have some kids... It's up to Monte and staff as to whether or not they develop.

With Monte Lee at the helm....it wouldn't matter if MLB prospects were on the way

Considering the 2021 season outcomes …

All of this year’s team can be replaced.

Tough coaching at this level. Don't think I'd like it!

There isn't enough help out there on the way...

Sad but true. I haven't seen enough from:

- Recruiting (especially pitchers)

- Commitment to figure out how to combat the scholarship situation that Vandy and other schools are getting away with.

- Development of guys who will stick around and be of solid help in year 3 & 4 (because they won't get drafted).

- A year without Monte kicking someone (usually a starter) off the team and at least 1-2 players transferring (obviously something isn't right in the clubhouse when this happens several years in a row).
