It's really weird that younger players will see how being engaged with doing the right thing to play the sport that all of them say they love, but they will refuse to learn from other guys that made the very same mistakes they are making. They see the success that players are having once they changed their ways, and become totally engaged with the right things to do, and the younger guy will close their eyes on what turned it around for an older guys like Ngata. They refuse to see what it takes to turn things around bc a lot of hard work, and dedication is involved to do it the right way. It's a shame that only a few will see what turned it around for Ngata, the rest will stay on the same destructive path until it's to late, or they will transfer bc that is much easier than doing it the right way where they're at.

I agree but we all know how most kids are

They already know everything so just shut up old man/lady. I think the change from sophomore to junior is a turning point of maturity and dedication. The dream is in sight but can only be reached if changes are made. Wishing him the best

Lot of truth in what you say, but didn’t you too think you

Knew everything at 18. It s all part of growing up. I think this dude has all the tools to be awesome. He just has to stay healthy. Seems like he is now focused on what he can control.

Of course I did

It took me a little longer than most to learn otherwise

To be honest, I think a lot of it has to do with draft/pro potential & draft positioning. These dudes are not dumb, and with 3 years in he just hasn't had enough reps or tape to show what he is capable of long term. Ok, So what I have been doing isn't working, now let's try it the other way if I wanna get paid. These guys can say what they want, but no 4* WR comes to WRU that dosnt have dreams of the league. I hope he balls out for his sake and ours. Frankly I think Ross should have come back as well to improve his draft status, but who knows? Maybe someone will take a chance on him in the 2nd-3rd.
