If the SEC wants a super conference go talk to OSU, Penn St., Michigan, and ND.

I’ll have some of what you’re smoking.
Big Ten members make much more money than ACC members. Hence Maryland left the ACC for the Big 10.

This isn't about current money or affiliation, it is about future money. The B1G has a much shorter grant of rights agreement which opens them up for movement. The ACC and SEC are locked in through at least 2033.

You can leave out Notre Dame. They want no part of any conference,

what about Nebraska they seem to be pretty unhappy in the big 10 or if Texas does join the SEC could you see A&M and possibly Mizzou leaving?

The ACC and the PAC are the weak sisters now. And of those 2, the ACC is probably most threatened in the days of NIL, with the California schools being near major media centers.
I am not sure what will become of the ACC, our best hope is probably that the Big 10 feels threatened by this SEC expansion and looks to form a super conference with the ACC, where weak members are pitched out (Sorry Wake). I really don’t see that happening. Alternatively, if we could get Notre Dame and poach Penn State.... but why would Penn State do that?

Big10 would likely consider merger into one big super conference. The population in their footprint (TV eyeballs) is static / declining. ACC markets have much more upside for growth.
I don’t like the idea, but if it was absolutely necessary as a way to counterbalance the SEC, then maybe consider it.

Are we really headed towards two Super Conferences?: A BIG greater Midwest/Mid Atlantic Conference and a greater Southeastern Conference? Where will that leave the ACC as far as TV rights? I disagree that the Pac is in a stronger position due to NIL. Yes, they have large markets but those markets are full of people who care absolutely NOTHING about college football. I see the Pac sinking into the abyss of irrelevancy in the coming years.
How will the schools within the ACC that want to compete in college football survive given that it appears the money gap between the BIG/SEC and us will only continue grow?

First, there are no schools in the eastern side of the B10 that does not have a major, systemic sexual abuse history, negligent student deaths, or Rutgers. So I say no across the board there.
Realistically, we will have to take WVU and ND to flush out a power athletic conference. And I rather take any of the service academies or a D3 school over WVU. Tie in that WVU has to obtain a certain academic ranking within 10 years or they are out would be a consideration. Say top 100 public rather than lagging 60 spots behind 100.
Then again, splitting into "pods" with does make sense with both options. But I cans see that UVA will never even consider WVU a peer so, kinda tough having both schools in the same group. Heck, you can basically re-create the old ACC vs BE if you want.
Southern Division with Pods: The Natties: GT, Clemson, FSU, Miami Carolinas: Wake, UNC, Duke, NC State
Nawthern Division: - The Middle: ND/WVU, Virginia, VT, UofL Yankees: Pitt, WVU/ND, Cuse, BC
Or just go: ACC: Fodder for Clemson: GT, Clemson, FSU, Wake Wine, Cheese and State: UVA, UNC, Duke, NC State
Remember 2003?: WVU, Virginia Tech, Miami, UofL Nawth: Pitt, ND, Cuse, BC
