potato quality, but it's the best I could find. I assume we won the war against the lava monsters seeing as I see so few of them anymore.

Well, commercials for the armed forces got super ghey, everything is more expensive, crime rates are off the charts, 1 million new illegals on welfare, and every liberal is still a gd hypocrite. That’s my state of the union address.

You have your thumb on the pulse of the inside information; you keep us informed of the stuff the Deep State doesn't want us to know.
What were they purging?

US Special Operations Command Diversity and Inclusion Plan
We know that our force does not represent the diversity of our larger society – a fact that should give us pause. We have forms of bias that exist in our formation, making the journey of some of our teammates and family members a painful one. Our system creates barriers to accessing a broad range of talent, skills, and perspectives which we genuinely need on our team. These long-standing issues require change in our organizational norms, attitudes, and behaviors.
Leaders must integrate diversity and inclusion efforts into unit goals, mission objectives, talent management initiatives, and operational priorities for a successful implementation.
Diversity and inclusion are operational imperatives and SOF leaders must consistently and unapologetically message this truth throughout the formation at all echelons.
Leaders at all echelons must work to challenge narratives that equate diversity with lowered standards and replace those with a narrative that diversity equates to maximized capability. Increased diversity leads to more efficient and more effective problem solving.
This is a total load of bullchit.

If this is diversity BS is true 1) why are we not scouring the globe for the greatest warriors and inextricably integrating them into our forces? 2) how did we win WW2 with a bunch of crackers fighting for us? 3) why over the history of human existence have non-diverse civilizations dominated (e.g., Romans)? 3a) why over the history of human existence have wars never been won by a male+female fighting force? 4) how did a mostly white male and uber non-diverse workforce attain the greatest human technical achievement by sending a man to the moon? 5) why is it that diversity (people being different) is the root cause of thousands of years of war all over the planet and 100s of millions of deaths …and the list goes on and on

Hey, I'll answer those bullet points

1) why are we not scouring the globe for the greatest warriors and inextricably integrating them into our forces?
We aren't? And the whole globe?
2) how did we win WW2 with a bunch of crackers fighting for us?
A draft. And great leaders. Which we still have the latter. Do you think nothing but white boys fought for us?
3) why over the history of human existence have non-diverse civilizations dominated (e.g., Romans)?
Um, you think the Romans and those who served in their military weren't diverse?
3a) why over the history of human existence have wars never been won by a male+female fighting force?
Holy ####, I don't even know how to deal with you and these opinions. But I guess I'll help you with your completely embarrassing lack of historical knowledge.
Some people who came to mind: Joan of Arc. Elizabeth I leadership. Ever heard of Boudica?
4) how did a mostly white male and uber non-diverse workforce attain the greatest human technical achievement by sending a man to the moon?
You think race had anything to do with this? Wow. I think, really, you may be the most racist person on this board, and that's saying a lot.
5) why is it that diversity (people being different) is the root cause of thousands of years of war all over the planet and 100s of millions of deaths …and the list goes on and on
Again, holy ####. I can't even believe I'm reading this. So... you think we need to be less diverse?
I'm bookmarking this post and I'm about to start a new thread. You may have outdone your crazy nutjob authoritarian post.
But a simple answer: If you're going to have a volunteer fighting force, maybe making it as inclusive as possible will help you get more numbers. You still haven't told me who was purged.

Follow-up questions, and I'm simply curious:

The video you guys are upset about was one of five in a series called "The Calling" that each featured one soldier's path to enlisting in the Army. Considering the logistics of making the advertisement, it's very likely production took longer than 5 months (meaning, production most likely started before January) but I can't find firm information on this.
So two questions:
1.) Why the focus on this particular story (out of the five?) of a serving U.S. soldier? 2.) If the Ad was actually started sometime last year, would you agree that would affect your argument?
