I think that we will see Dabo make some coaching changes but not until after the end of the season. That’s still going to disappoint a lot of people wanting an immediate shakeup.
Also, I think getting rid of current coaches and promoting analysts already on staff would be a huge mistake. It’s a fresh face with stale ideas learned under our current regime. I hope that we bring in someone new and give them freedom to shake things up, just like we do on defense.

I agree 100%. We're a bit incestuous and with guys ex Clemson guys who haven't established themselves in my opinion. Brent Venables had a great track record of success before Dabo hired him. Several of these others, not so much.

I think TE will leave on his own. He knows he is not doing a good job and receiving criticism. I believe he will accept one of the job offerings he receives. Probably a head coaching position at a small school. We need to evaluate offensive coaching talent nationwide and bring a guy in that puts excitement and unpredictability in our offense.

What if we go on to win the rest of our games, get in and win acc championship game, and then win Orange bowl. I still think its time to make a change or two on that side of the ball but will he do it if this happens. I know right now I feel like those things happening would be a dream but that is the best we can hope for as a fan.

things completely around. If that happens, then my gut says that things would remain the same but I don’t see us turning things around and having what us or coaches would consider a good season.

I wish that would happen, but don't think it's likely with current coaching/play calling. It looks like we only have about 3 plays that everyone knows we are going to run. I see losses to BC, Pitt, WF and USC coming unless things change dramatically. There is still time to salvage the season and win the ACC if someone can beat WF, who is currently the best team in the ACC. NCSU is not that good, any time you give a team that many more plays they are gonna wear the D down. I'm not sure Dabo gets it. he needs to as he says - MAN UP !!!!!!!!!!!

Going to be a long year but if we get a solid coordinator out of it, oh well. I still think we can go the NFL route, especially with our talent and 2 million a year.

Our OC needs to be someone from the outside, with fresh ideas and full license to run his offense. None of this co-OC stuff. No meddling by Dabo. Let the offensive expert do his thing.
We can get most any OC we want, since we currently pay more than anyone else and have more talent than almost anyone else.
