No need to make a life altering moment out of it or anything, but it's an injustice to the kid. He didn't do anything wrong and he's getting suspended. Somebody in a position of power within the NCAA ought to correct it.

He left his feet so the call would be closer to launching than targeting. I thought the hit was ok but thought for sure they would get him for launching. If you watch the replays he definitely left his feet which gets a call every time.

The hit seemed legit but he could have gone lower to avoid all chances of penalty. Then again, he would have destroyed the guys legs. Players actually say they would take the hit up high and the concussion vs the alternative of a Latimore type injury.
