nonsense.

Anyone who is symptomatic wouldn't be with the team anyway. They test daily, and suddenly a positive pops up on a healthy staff member.

Rather than using common sense, the protocol seems to be to withdraw immediately and essentially punish these kids.

Ridiculous.

It is probably not the only false positive impacting tournaments.

After a full season of having to sacrifice a ton to keep it going. Especially for a senior. Like seriously cruel is the right word to describe it.

Many student athletes remember their collegiate athletic experiences very fondly for the rest of their lives.

Remember when someone said there would be hell to pay if an athlete died from Covid? Well to the best of my knowledge, no college athletes have died specifically from Covid. The athletes have suffered because of those protecting them from a virus less dangerous to them than the Flu. I feel so sorry for them.

There have been several athletes who have died of Covid- one in Colorado and one in N.C. that I know of specifically- I’m sure there are more...
